Tasting notes: Citrus color with golden nuances. Intense and complex aroma, very full. Fresh fruit dominates, with aromas of melon and ripe white fruit, along with very elegant notes of orange blossom and some phosphorus highlighting the mineral side. Very balanced, unctuous and with vibrant acidity, it finishes full, very persistent and rich in fruit.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested from old vines planted in Tapada in 1903. Manual selection of the grapes, followed by pressing in whole bunches, without destemming. Clarification of the must by gravity, at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, at controlled temperature and using neutral yeasts, thus preserving the typicity and expression of the terroir as much as possible.
