Tapada do Chaves branco

Proof Notes: Citrus color with golden nuances. Aroma intense and complex, very full. It dominates the fresh fruit, melon aroma and ripe white fruit, with very elegant notes of orange blossom and some phosphorus making the mineral side stand out. Very balanced, unctuous and vibrant acidity, it ends full, very persistent and rich in fruit.

Winemaking: Manual harvest from the old vineyard planted in Tapada in 1903. Manual choice of the grape, followed by pressing in whole bunches, without disenging. Clarification of the wort by gravity, at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel deposits and French oak barrels, the temperature controlled and using neutral yeasts, thus being able to preserve the typicality and expression of terroir as much as possible.
