Side Dishes: Ideal com Pratos de carne e queijos da serra.
It is a young red, has an intense grenade color, with notes of plum, wild fruits and spices in the aroma. In the mouth it is velvety, with a balanced set of acidity and soft tannins.
Vinification: The fermentation occurs, caste by caste, in rotary stainless steel vats (vinimatics) with controlled temperature of 25ºC.
Internship: 4 months in 2nd year of French oak year.
