Description
Vinification:
Traditionally vinified, with prolonged maceration in stainless steel vats and fermented at controlled temperature.
Test results:
Appealing in the aroma complemented with floral touches, notes of spices and some vegetable make up this elegant wine. Created at an altitude of 580 meters, it denotes the elegance and minerality that highlight its freshness and natural structure. Very classy tannins that enrich the tasting, giving it body, quality and longevity.
