Descrição
Citrus yellow color. Intense aroma dominated by tropical and citrus fruits, as well as notes of crystallized fruit, also presenting floral and mineral aromas that contribute to their complexity. Good structure and well -integrated acidity. Fresh and long end.
Vinification:
Manual vintage for small 20 kg boxes to arrive at the cellar the grapes are deceived and smoothly crushed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 12 to 24 hours. The grapes are then pressed and the fermentation takes place the controlled temperature of 14ºC - 16ºC.
