Description
Ruby red color with violet tones. Aroma dominated by fresh red fruits such as strawberries and blackberries combined with notes of spices from the internship in barrels. Well -balanced acidity, soft and mature tannins revealing a fresh and elegant ending.
Vinification:
Manual vintage for small 15 kg boxes Vinification The grapes are deceived and crushed followed by a cold maceration. The fermentation takes place the controlled temperature of less than 25º C. “Elevage” internship in second and third year French oak barrels for 6 months.
