Very expressive with notes of violet, ripe red fruit and perfectly integrated oak. On the palate it is intense and very complex, with good structure and a very attractive freshness enveloped by notes of toast and spices, with a long and fruity finish.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested manually into 12kg boxes and carefully selected on the sorting table. Fermentation took place in a lagar (traditional stone trough) with controlled temperature and several foot treadings throughout the process. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
