Very expressive with notes of violet, ripe red fruits and a perfectly integrated barrel. In the mouth it is intense and very complex, with good structure and a very attractive freshness surrounded by notes of toast and spices, with a long and fruity finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested manually into 12kg boxes and carefully selected on the selection table. Fermentation took place in a wine press at a controlled temperature and the wine was trodden several times throughout the process. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
