Description

The name truffle was chosen because there are several analogies between this wine and a truffle. Both come from the earth, they are rare and exclusive. Both have a unique and high quality flavor. And the two help to enrich and make a meal unique.
It is a wine produced of old vineyards over 60 years located between ruler and pine nuts, mix of castes with altitudes between 300 and 350mt. It suffers a traditional wine vinification in which a 18 -month internship follows in French oak barrels.

The truffle have a very concentrated and intense aroma, with notes the exotic fruit. In the mouth it is full -bodied, with notes of wild fruits, with the tannins still very present, but of great quality. It is very complex, fresh and persistent.
