Description

Vinification:
Wine made with the azal caste. Total disgust. Transport of the must to the vats made by gravity. Long fermentation The controlled temperature that ends in the bottle. Without the addition of sulfites or any filtration.

TEST NOTES:
Primary and fermentative aromas of apple, banana, marmelo and light tropical. Soft bubble with vibrant acidity. Very fruity with slight floral final.
