Description

Vinification:
Wine made with the Azal grape variety. Total destemming. Transport of the must to the vats done by gravity. Long fermentation at controlled temperature that ends in the bottle. No addition of sulphites or any filtration.

Test results:
Primary and fermentative aromas of apple, banana, quince and light tropical. Smooth bubble with vibrant acidity. Very fruity with a light floral finish.
