Malhô Valley Reserve

Located on the right bank of the Rio Torto, a tributary of the Rio Douro, between Pinhão and Ervedosa do Douro, Quinta Dona Doroteia is a 3-hectare property, 25 of which are occupied by old vineyards and the rest by young vineyards and olive trees. Currently, the Quinta Dona Doroteia winery has an area of 1200 square meters of wine storage and storage, with a capacity of 250,000 liters (333,000 bottles) of wine, distributed in Port Wines and Douro Wines. In recent years, several other properties have been acquired in the Douro Demarcated Zone, which have allowed for an increase in the production of bottled wines: Quinta Vale do Malhô, Quinta das Testemunhas, Quinta da Corceira and Quinta do Reboredo, covering a total production area of 100 hectares.

Fermentation carried out in olive oil presses, as per tradition.

Tasting: with an intense garnet color, it has a vigorous and at the same time silky profile, with well-defined red fruits wrapped in fine tannins.
