Description

Once crushed, the grapes were cooled and stepped on foot for four hours in granite mills, transferred to small french oak wood tubs and fermented for 10 days at controlled temperature. He interned for 15 months at Used Allier French oak barrels (225 liters). Ruby color. Very unique in aromas, floral with citrus notes. In the mouth, your floral profile keeps and delights with its softness. An extraordinary, excellent acidity, elegance, with tannins present.
