Description

After being crushed, the grapes were cooled and trodden by foot for four hours in granite vats, transferred to small French oak vats and fermented for 10 days at a controlled temperature. Aged for 15 months in used Allier French oak barrels (225 liters). Lively ruby color. Very unique in aromas, floral with citrus notes. In the mouth, its floral profile maintains and enchants with its smoothness. An extraordinary, excellent acidity, elegance, with present tannins.
