Vallado Reserva Tinto

 Very concentrated, with oak balsamic notes, fig aromas and black plum, tobacco. Full -bodied, firm, mature and silky tannins. Very elegant, persistent and complex mineral notes.

Vinification:
Grapes from old vineyards (over 80) were vinified in stainless steel, with controlled temperature, reassembly, with a capacity of 5,000 pounds of grapes each. The chosen installments of the 16 hectares of old vineyards of Quinta do Vallado were vinified separately, lasting fermentation on average 8 to 20 days. The grapes from the youngest vineyards of srsion were stepped on foot in mills and fermented in the mills for 6 days. The wines of the old vineyards were stiled in stainless steel vats during the malo -lodging fermentation and later transfered to new allier French oak barrels of 225 liters. Wines from vineyards, after a first transfega, were immediately stored in similar 225 -liter French oak barrels. The wine was stored 17 months in barrels.
