Description

It has an intense color, closed ruby. Fresh aroma, fruity, well structured and offers concentration. Reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberries and small notes of blueberry, associated with small notes of flowers, black olives, licorice, cocoa and caramelization notes. In the mouth it is fruity, juicy and balanced. Good acidity and slightly soft and accurate. Black grapefruit flavor, succulent blackberries and small notes of crushed cassis mixed with red fruits, blueberries and discreet notes of flowers, oak, tobacco and spices. Tannins are structured and firm.

Vinification:
Careful selection of manual grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tubs with maceration and reassembly programmed at a temperature of 25ºC between 6 and 8 days.
