Side Dishes: It is recommended as an accompaniment to fish dishes, shellfish and vinaigrettes or just as an aperitif.
Vinification:
Produced with grapes from vineyards treated in Integrated Production Mode, at an altitude of 420 mts, harvested in 22 kg boxes, immediately refrigerated after harvesting and transported in a refrigerated truck.
The must was pressed and decanted at a controlled temperature of 8°C and subsequently fermented at a controlled temperature of 15°C for 20 days, in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the varieties. Aged exclusively in stainless steel.
Test results:
It presents vegetable notes seasoned with citrus aromas, white flowers, pine and delicate minerals. It shows a very present, correct and balanced acidity that gives it a sizzling freshness taking into account the characteristics of the variety.
