Bright citrine color. Very elegant aroma, combining intensity and complexity. Floral aromas (rose petals) and tropical aromas (pineapple, mango) stand out, followed by citrus fruit aromas (lemon and grapefruit). Slight mineral notes add delicacy to the whole. The palate is dry. Creamy attack with a fine and balanced acidity that gives the wine excellent freshness. Good mouthfeel. Persistent finish. Very gastronomic profile.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested by grape variety. Manual selection of bunches. Light crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Skin maceration exclusively for the Riesling variety. Static clarification, fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks followed by aging on fine lees until the end of March. Blending. Light filtration before bottling.
