Bright citrine color. Very elegant aroma, combining intensity and complexity. Floral (pink petals) and tropical (pineapple, mango) aromas followed from the citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit). Light mineral notes give delicacy to the set. The taste is dry. Creamy attack with a fine and balanced acidity that gives wine excellent freshness. Good mouth aroma. Persistent final. Very gastronomic profile.
Vinification:
Manual vintage by caste. Choose Curl Manual. Light crushing of berries followed by soft pressing. Pelicular maceration exclusively in the Riesling caste. Static clarification, fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tub followed by an internship over thin -cuts until late March. Lot formation. Light filtration before traffic jam.
