Description
Ruby red color. Elegant, complex, lively and subtle aroma. Fresh wild red berries, flowers, aromatic herbs and spices stand out. Wine with a balanced acidity that confers elegance and lightness. Fine and silky tannins well integrated with the fruit make this wine have a persistent and balanced finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested. Rigorous manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual pump-overs. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in 500L French oak barrels for 20 months. Unfiltered and unstabilized wine. May develop sediment.
