Winemaking: Manual harvesting by grape variety. Manual selection of bunches. Total destemming followed by light crushing of the berries. Light cold maceration of the Touriga Nacional grape variety. Static clarification. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees until the end of January.
Color: Bright, light salmon color.
Aroma: Young, with good intensity. Very fresh wild red berries, stone fruits and floral notes stand out. Mineral nuances.
Taste : Dry, with a very soft and creamy attack. It presents a crisp acidity and a persistent and very elegant finish where fresh red fruits stand out.
