Description

Straw color. Fine, intense, complex and deep aroma. Highlights are the alperces, yellow flowers, aromatic herbs, spices and mineral aromas. Creamy attack, thin acidity, accurate and very balanced that extols the aromas in the mouth. Odd texture. Very long final.

Manual vintage. Rigorous manual selection of curls. Total disgust, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Soft pressing. Static decantation. Fermentation in oak barrels and subsequent internship over total dreaks for 20 months. Not filtered or stabilized wine. Can create deposit.
