Deep red color with violet reflections. Intense aroma, showcasing its fruity, floral, and spicy notes, with a slight menthol contributing to its aromatic lightness. On the palate, it is very elegant, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and solid structure, composed of fresh, fine-textured tannins. A captivating wine that finishes in perfect balance, with pleasant sensations of freshness and great persistence.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested. Rigorous manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual pump-overs. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in new 500-liter oak barrels for 16 months. Unfiltered and unstabilized wine. May develop sediment.
