Description

This red wine is young and vibrant, with a seductive aroma of plum and red fruits, as well as subtle vanilla notes and light caramel. In the mouth reveals good freshness, with a well -defined structure and present tannins, which provide a velvety texture and a remarkable body the end of the mouth is long and intense with a persistent taste. In summary, this red wine is a remarkable expression of your Region, with a precise balance between fruit and acidity.

Vinification:
The grapes from our fifth were deceived, beginning the fermentation in stainless steel vats at 24ºC. The internship is performed with half of the lot to internship in the barrels used of French oak, another half in stainless steel Cuba.
