Descrição
Golden in color. This wine's citrus aromas and minerality stand out. Light molasses and light spices complete the complex bouquet. The palate reveals very fresh citrus fruit well wrapped by light spices and a thin layer of butter. Excellent for the table.
Auspicious debut.
Winemaking : The grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats, with temperature control. The wine was aged in used barrels (70%) and new barrels (30%).
Color : Pale and golden.
Nose : Medium intensity, orange peel, light honeycomb, biscuit, light white pepper and wet stone.
Palate : Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity(+), lime, light black pepper, biscuit, light butter and medium finish(+).
Project : The project is based in Vila Garcia, a parish of Amarante. In 1992, the Teixeira family converted the old winery and began producing wines ever since.
