Description
Undoubtedly, Amarante is recognized as... terroir of the red Vinho Verde wines. There are many examples of this grandeur, however, tradition is no longer what it used to be and, in a challenging tone, we aim to break with the norms.
Here, we abandon the standard of high extraction to dedicate ourselves to subtlety. From structure to elegance, from intense and stewed fruit to richness and... finesse .

Exam Notes:
Appearance – Ruby, open.
Aroma – Violet, chocolate, leather, lime, camphor.
Tasting notes - Delicate, long, vibrant, very fresh, light, rustic and refined.
Winemaking: Destemming / light foot treading. Light maceration for 7 days. Gentle pressing and aging on total lees after malolactic fermentation for 9 months. Bottled in August 2020, with 9 months of bottle aging.
