Mechanical and nocturnal.

Tasting notes

A true tribute to Nature. With minimal human intervention. Aromatically fine, exuberant, seductive... where blackberries, currants and plums stand out. In the mouth it has volume, structure, intensity and finishes with good persistence.

Winemaking

The grapes are transported at very low temperatures to preserve their quality. Once in the winery, the grapes enter fermentation vats, maintaining the temperature at 8°C for pre-fermentation maceration. The temperature rises gently, to ensure a long and careful fermentation, to preserve the natural aromas.

Longevity: 6 to 8 years
