Side Dishes: Excellent with grilled lean meats, pastas, pizzas and ideal with aperitifs. It also goes well with tapas, sushi, risotto and well-seasoned fish.
Test results:
The color is a rather deep cranberry red, and the fruity, berry-scented nose also has a hint of something pleasantly herbal. On the palate, this is a rosé with some serious structure: there's a tannin backbone here, as well as a juicy lemon acidity, although the blackcurrant and raspberry are clear and concentrated in the mid-palate.
