Description

 It has a thin red color. In the nose this wine shows a fruity and floral bouquet, with special emphasis on the plum and blackberry, but also for the spices. On the taste is also characterized by ripe fruits and flowers. It is a very complex and fresh wine, with thin acidity and persistent and soft ending.

Vinification:
After total dejour and smooth crush, the fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel cups the controlled temperature of 25ºC, with regular reassembly for about 8 days. These techniques enhanced the fruity characteristics of this wine to produce an extremely versatile wine. He interned in stainless steel vats for about 6 months. The preparations needed for stocking, as well as the necessary treatments for traffic jam. Subsequently, the wine opened in a bottle, the controlled temperature of 15ºC for about 6 months, until ready to drink.
