Description

Winemaking and Aging:

The grapes were harvested manually and transported in 18 kg boxes. After manual selection, they are de-stemmed and slightly crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel.

Tasting Note:

Intense fruit on the nose, highlighting red fruits with some spices. Faint floral notes and white pepper. In the mouth it is elegant, greedy and fresh with a persistent finish.
