Description
Winemaking:
50% aging in second-use French oak barrels, stabilized and filtered.
Test results:
Intense yellow color. Delicate aroma with white flowers in harmony with lemon and stone fruits. With significant volume in the mouth, it is a gastronomic white with a texture supported by acidity. Long and markedly mineral finish reflecting the rolled pebble.
