Zafirah Vinha da Rocha 2019 is born from the work that Constantino Ramos has been carrying out since 2016 in the recovery and exploration of abandoned or poorly maintained vineyards that exist along the Vale do Mouro – Monção, a Valley that has always been recognized locally as the place of excellence in the past for the production of reds with class and quality.

Grapes harvested manually in small boxes, with a large selection right at the vineyard, only the bunches being harvested in perfect conditions of maturation and health. destemming. 48 hours of pre-fermentation maceration followed by direct pressing. Fermentation in new French oak barrels. 12-month aging in barrel followed by an 8-month aging in bottle

It presents an open ruby ​​color. Complex nose, mineral, beeswax, slightly earthy with a slight smoky touch. Very balanced in the mouth with a salivating and long finish.
