Descrição
Tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple balanced with citrus notes of tangerine peel and lime with damp stone. On the palate it is rich, with fresh and vibrant acidity, with notes similar to those on the nose.
Winemaking:
Vineyard without irrigation, located in the parish of Vermiosa at an average altitude of 700 meters. Manual harvesting, whole bunch pressing without destemming in order to preserve all the aromatic potential. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 16-18ºC. Aged with stirring of the fine lees (“batonnage”) at the end of alcoholic fermentation for two months followed by a brief aging in the bottle until March of the year following the harvest.
