Vinification:
Buçaco wines were and are always produced in the same way and with the same methods as in the past. The fact that the grapes come from the Dão and Bairrada regions guarantee a wonderful wine nobly developed in the bottle. These wines ferment and age in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Test results:
Taking into account the warm harvest, the wine does not show any evolution. Quite complex, with a resinous and citric character. Great freshness. Great depth of flavors, superb acidity. A long life ahead.
