Description
Golden yellow in color, with a deep and complex nose, floral notes, some minerality and a light toastiness, and a fresh finish. On the palate, it presents elegance and some opulence, with intense and refined acidity. Long finish.
Winemaking:
Careful selection of plots and grapes, hand-picked by the box. Brief skin maceration in lagar (traditional stone trough), alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (14-16ºC). 20% of this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 400L barrels. Aged for 18 months in extra-fine grain French oak barrels.
