Description
Clean and bright with an intense ruby color. Excellent aromatic complexity where wild Douro berries blend with rockrose in harmony with notes of toast and chocolate. Structured and dense yet elegant, making the whole very pleasant, with ripe tannins and a velvety, exuberant finish with excellent persistence.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested with meticulous attention to ripeness, where the grape bunches are carefully selected. Skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
