Description
Deep ruby color with a violet hue, aroma of red and black fruits in compote with balsamic touches, toasted notes, vanilla and chocolate, structured and dense but soft, elegant and very persistent.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, with careful selection of grapes at optimal ripeness. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Minimum aging of three years before bottling.
