Douro terroir

Quinta Dona Doroteia is located in Ervedosa do Douro, on the right bank of the Torto River. In case you haven't yet realized, Ervedosa is part of the Cima-Corgo sub-region.

A unique terroir that offers full grape ripening, with a high concentration of polyphenols and sugars, responsible for the high alcohol content.

Doroteia Reserva XVII wine is produced from the classic Douro blend. The grape varieties include Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca. It is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Doroteia Reserva XVII wine is incredible, powerful, with velvety tannins, ripe fruit, excellent acidity and 17% alcohol content. This makes it a truly gastronomic wine!
