Descrição
Deep violet color, its aroma is intense, dominated by ripe fruits such as cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Slight notes of spices resulting from the internship in 2nd and 3rd year barrels. The mouth is very engaging, fat, with firm and mature tannins, very well involved in the body. It ends a long time.
Vinification:
After manual selection, the grapes are fully deceived at the cellar entrance and later crushed in stainless steel mills with Pisa Robotics. It is at this stage that pre-fermentation maceration occurs at low temperature. After the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, the masses are transferred to stainless steel with maximum controlled temperature of 26ºC until the end of fermentation. The pressing is made in hydraulic presses of vertical belt. Internship in 2nd and 3rd year barrels for 9 months until traffic jam.
