In the 2017 harvest, we chose Alfrocheiro and Arinto grapes to prepare a different wine to be the base of our sparkling wine.
In July 2018, the distillation was carried out following the classic method and it was aged on its own lees in the bottle until November 2019, the date of the disgorgement.. Due to the absence of added sugar it is called a Bruit Nature.
This entire process and the deep dedication of the entire Santa Vitória team resulted in the result being a wine with a discreet aroma, with a balanced mouthfeel, where there is a slight creaminess and a perfect and persistent bubble.
We believe that this year the toast will be even more special with our sparkling wine.
