Descrição
Translucent orange color. A very complex aroma, with fruity notes at first, reminiscent of peach, but a mineral and floral aspect quickly emerges, suggesting mountain flowers. On the palate, creaminess prevails, with noticeable fruit flavors, satiny touches, and a dry, somewhat tannic finish.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Upon arrival, the grapes are completely destemmed, crushed, and then pressed. Cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
