Lemon color. Rich aroma with notes of minerality, pineapple, pear, and peach. Creamy texture with pineapple notes and a delightful, balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
The grapes go straight to the press; 4 hours of gentle pressing; controlled by hyper-oxygenation before 24 hours of cold settling; 100% fermentation in barrels - 25% new French oak, 75% used French oak. 8 months of bâtonnage.
