Descrição

Olivia's Winery vineyards are located in Trás-os-Montes
more precisely in Alfândega da Fé, at an average altitude of 550
metros. They are all grown in organic production methods,
where dry soils are predominantly schist. We believe
that shale soils produce very mineral wines,
aromas with extreme complexity and great longevity.

Winemaking:

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

Internship:

Stage in stainless steel.
