Descrição
A very fresh rosé in aroma. On the palate it has balanced acidity with notes of orange peel and apricot.
Winemaking:
The harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 25 kg boxes to the winery. They were kept in a cold chamber for 12 hours, then destemmed, partially crushed, and gravity-fed into the fermentation tanks. Vinification was carried out in wooden vats and lagares (traditional stone troughs). The wine then aged for 12 months in French and Austrian oak vats.
