Description
The nose is filled with intense and inviting aromas of forest fruits, cocoa, and tobacco. Full-bodied and powerful, with firm tannins and balanced acidity. A voluminous and enveloping palate.
Winemaking:
Careful vinification in small batches under unique ripening conditions, resulting in natural over-ripening. The final blend is made from the best wines. Aging began with 24 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by 24 months of bottle aging. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged in new 500-liter French oak barrels for 24 months. After this period, the wine was stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and a subsequent 24 months of bottle aging.
