Exam Grade
Aroma: A complex of aromas in which notes of white fruit combine with very ripe tropical fruits, well-integrated with notes from the barrel.
Taste: On the palate it is intense, with plenty of fruit and toasty wood notes, giving it a complexity that makes the whole thing interesting; it finishes long and elegant.
Conservation: Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finishing in new 500L French oak barrels.
Internship: Aged in barrels using battonage for 9 months, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
