Descrição
It has bright clarity with green notes. It has a very intense and complex bouquet, with predominance of white fruits (melon and pear), tropical fruits (apricot and passion fruit) and some mineral notes. On the palate shows great harmony and a pleasant taste, with fruity flavors and minerals again in evidence. It has a long and delicate ending.
Vinification:
Upon arrival at the Sleep Wine Cellar in Vila Real, the hand -to -hand grapes in the tall and Douro plateaus were deceived and gently crushed before fermenting stainless steel vats at 16ºC and 18ºC for about 20 ° C for 20 days. The wines were preserved separately by caste and/or came at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. After many tasting sessions and a strict selection, the final lot was prepared and bottled after clarification and stabilization.
