DESCRIPTION

Greenish yellow in color, the aroma presents tropical and citrus notes, with pineapple and ripe limes standing out. In the mouth it is fresh, mineral and has good persistence. A nice set.

WINEMAKING

Total destemming, cold decantation, below 10ºC, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC.
