Diplomatic Rum Ambassador

Diplomático Ambassador is an excellent rum made from the distillery's finest rum and aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of twelve years until ideal maturity is achieved. Then, the rums finish for a further two years in sherry casks. Pedro Ximénez contributes to the complex sensory profile of this rum. Diplomático Ambassador is bottled directly from the barrel to preserve the full expression of its organoleptic properties. It has a bright, dark amber color. A well-balanced combination of aromas, including port wine, cigar box, dried fruit, and chocolate.
On the palate it is complex, with notes of raisins, nutmeg, cinnamon and toasted oak, resulting in a long and pleasant aftertaste worthy of this exceptional product.
