Descrição
The grapes are harvested at the ideal point of ripeness. The second fermentation, according to the Charmat method, occurs slowly in a controlled environment so that the organoleptic characteristics of the base wine remain and the bubbles formed are fine and persistent. After this process the wine is filtered and stabilized and bottled under pressure.
COLOR: Citrus yellow
SCENT: White flowers, green apple and tropical fruits
PALATE: Fresh and elegant on the palate with a fresh and lively finish.
