Descrição
Winemaking and internship: Manual vintage for small perforated boxes. IMMEDIATE RECEIVING AND CRUEGUE. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of about 23ºC. Prolonged maceration and fermentation in oak wood.
Internship:for 12 months in French and American oak wood.
PROOF:In Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima we selected the best grapes of the Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Bastard castes to create our Large Reserve Wine. Deep Ruby color is a wine that reveals the great character of the reds of Trás-os-Montes, by concentration and aging ability. With complex and rich aroma to mature black fruits, we feel a touch to spices and liqueurs, harmonized by the internship in French oak barrels for 24 months. In the mouth you feel the intendity of black fruits balanced by aging, with fine tannins and long and persistent ending. Our great reserve is a fuller wine, whose internship has given more complexity and balance.
