Descrição
Vinification: Fresh grapes at its ideal maturation point, hand-picked up to 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subject to a careful manual choice, disgust and smooth crush, followed by stainless steel cup pelicular maceration for 48 hours. Without decantation, the must was transferred to French oak barrels, where it fermented through indigenous yeasts and remained in internship with agitation of thin -lengths for 16 months.
TEST NOTES: Aroma of great intensity, elegance and complexity, with notes of lime, juniper, bay leaf, roasted bread and lighter stone.
Great feeling of freshness and greasiness, very deep, tense and long.
