Description
Light citrine color. Aromatic profile with mineral, floral and citrus notes. Elegant, dry, refined and fresh on the palate.
Winemaking:
The harvest took place in the first days of September, manually; the grapes were selected upon arrival at the winery, followed by whole-bunch pressing to minimize color extraction and obtain a more mineral profile. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel.
