Notes of plum, vegetal aromas, balsamic notes, wood, and cereals. Complex with plum, pencil shavings, and balsamic notes. Firm and full-bodied structure.
Winemaking:
Colheita using a harvesting machine in the 3rd week of September. The grapes are partially destemmed and crushed. 3 days of cold maceration. 12 days of alcoholic fermentation without temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged for 48 months in used French oak barrels. With an aging potential of 20 years.
